We have a very efficient and highly professional Board of Directors. Mr. Mashequr Rahman Khan is the founder Chairman and Managing Director as well as Lead Consultant who has wide experience of more than three decade in Human Resource Management, General Administration, QMS, Planning & Development, and Supply Chain in different reputed organizations. Since 2005 he has been serving in Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute (an enterprise of Diabetic Association of Bangladesh) as General Manager & Head of HR & Administration and Management Representative (MR) for ISO 9001:2008 QMS of the Institute. He served 11 years in Bangladesh Open University in different positions such as Director (Planning & Development), Project Director, Acting Registrar etc. He is also member of guest faculty of Southeast University, United International University, Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). He is a renowned ISO consultant, HR professional and very efficient trainer and consultant.
Mr. Rahman obtained Master of Commerce (1st Class) in Management from Dhaka University; Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from BIMS, BD-ABP, U.K; Diploma in Social Compliance (DSC). He attended the training course on Hospital Management at Indian Institute of Management (IIM Ahmedabad), India; Distance Education Administration from Tele University (University of Quebec), Canada. He attended in various training programs and International Conferences on HR, Administration, Procurement, QMS, TQM, Consultancy etc. both in home and abroad.
