Asish Raha

Asish Raha is a visionary & enterprise originator, from conception, nurturing, execution & ability to manage and lead HR function. Currently he is working as Group Vice President HR with GPT Infraprojects Ltd. He has vast experience in the field of Strategic HR with focus on Performance Management System & Change management. His area of expertise in PMS includes-Balanced Score Card, Goal setting exercise, cascading the Balanced Scorecard for the Division / Department / Individual, Creating Goal Pyramids, Mid-year reviews, Annual appraisal process, Performance review discussions, Grievance management, linking PMS to competency mapping & employee development need. Saroj Chaki

Saroj Chaki is a hard core HR Professional with more than 3 decades of experience at leadership level covering all areas of HR functions in reputed manufacturing and service industries.

Started his career with BHEL and moved to Hindustan Development Corporation Ltd as Head of HR and thereafter to Jayashree Tea & Industries Ltd (a Birla Group Company), NICCO Corporation Limited and Corporate HR Head of a SREI Group Company. At Present, he is Managing Director of Ascend HR Solutions Pvt Ltd.

His strength is in Human Resource Development, Training, Organization Development, Productivity Improvement, Change management, organization building/restructuring, Industrial Relations and team building. He has vast experience in the field of Strategic HR with focus on Performance Management System. His area of expertise in PMS includes Balanced Score Card and Goal setting exercise.

He has delivered talk in the different seminars and conferences. He has authored several articles in professional journals.

He is B.Com with Honours, LL.B and MBA, Done executive programme on Performance Management from XLRI.

Rtn. Md. Mashequr Rahman Khan

Mr. Mashequr Rahman Khan is the founder Chairman and Managing Director as well as Chief Consultant of Progressive Training Development & Consultants Associates (PTDCA). He has wide experience of more than three decades in Human Resource Management, General Administration, QMS,

Planning & Development and Supply Chain in different reputed organizations. From 2005 to April 2016, he served in Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute as General Manager & Head of HR Administration and Management Representative (MR) for ISO 9001:2008 QMS of the institute. Currently, he is engaged with Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute as Consultant (HR, OD & ISO).

He served 11 years in Bangladesh Open University in different positions such as Director (Planning & Development), Project Director and Acting Registrar etc.

Mr. Rahman obtained Master of Commerce 1st Class in Management from Dhaka University; Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) from ABP-UK& BIMS, BD;

Diploma in Social Compliance (DSC) – BIM.

Mr Rahman is also providing consultancy services on HR, OD, Marketing to some reputed national and overseas organizations. He is also a guest faculty of Southeast University, United International University, Northern University Bangladesh, Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). He is a

renowned and popular motivational trainer in home & abroad in different HR, OD, ISO and need based customized trainings.

Mr Rahman has received Recipient “HR Leadership Award” Presented by Best Asian Employers Award and World HRD Congress in Singapore in 2015.
